Austbrokers City State are committed to assisting you in those unfortunate times a claim needs to be made. We utilise our policy knowledge and years of claiming experience to make sure you are getting the maximum benefits claimable when your business needs them the most.

Important Notice: Please never admit to fault or liability when involved with another party in an accident as this may put your claim at risk. All you need to do is say you will contact your insurance company.

To notify us of a new claim

Please call on 1800 025 396 or feel free to click on our Claims Notification Form and complete. Once received by automated email this will be referred to your insurer for lodgement were a claim number will be obtained including the next steps to proceed your claim. We will then monitor your claim providing updates regularly on how your claim is going.

Make an enquiry about an existing claim
